Radon inspectors

  Please be careful!

It's imperative to have your home tested with calibrated detection equipment, and to have the results interpreted by a licensed inspector.   And, it's the law.

Many home inspectors are not licensed or calibrated, but will issue an official-looking report.

Don't take chances!  Your family's safety is too important to risk.

"Hot" tip
Radon is a decay product of uranium and occurs naturally in soil and rock, and therefore radon levels can vary home to home. Other sources of radon include well water and building materials.

      EPA Update
The EPA's most recent health risk assessment estimates that 21,000 lung cancer deaths each year are due to radon.
